Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for Elverta, CA Stage 02 & Olinda, CA Stage 03 245-kV Disconnect Switches in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DE-SOL-0011193 and Attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 335313 and the business size standard is 1,250 Employees.
