This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is H92240-12-T-8018. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for commercial embroidery services/supplies. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 effective 27 AUG 2012. The associated NAICS is 451130 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million.

SECTION B: Schedules of Supplies and Services - See attached SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items; solicitation number H92240-12-T-8018 dated 04 SEP 2012.

Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quote and submissions comply with all requirements. Offeror must submit Standard Form 1449 with prices entered for all contract line items (CLINs). The offeror agrees to hold the price in its quote firm for 45 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Quotes shall be emailed to Ms. Kristen Smith (primary) at [email protected] and Ms. Madelynn Whittington at [email protected].

Quotes must be received no later than 9:00 AM 18 SEP 2012. Quotes received after this time frame shall not be considered for award. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest priced technically acceptable.
