The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to award a sole source FFP contract to Pacific Fleet Inc. dba LC Embroidery for embroidery and sewing services. This sole source contract is based on a Trademark License Agreement between LC Embroidery and the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) that permits LC Embroidery to use or reproduce Navy patterns, insignias, and logos, as required by the Performance Work Statement for this requirement.

The Embroidery Services contract will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
