The City of Davenport is accepting bids for full-width reconstruction on Emerald Drive. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for PCC road reconstruction including but not limited to survey, subdrain, subgrade, PCC pavement, driveway approaches, and seeding. The base bid shall consist of the reconstruction of Emerald Dr. from W. Rusholme St. to W. Central Park Ave. The alternate bid shall consist of the reconstruction of Emerald Dr. from W. Lombard St. to W. Rusholme St. Please submit inquiries electronically via the Questions tab of the bid. Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies, or any other method will be accepted.
