The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Emerald Drive Reconstruction Project. This project is located near the intersection of Emerald Drive and 14th Street, North to Locust Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the reconstruction of the existing concrete roadway, installation of subdrains, sidewalk ADA compliant ramps, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
