This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonable available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to [email protected] no later than 1300 hours CDT, Thursday, 09 Feb 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
