SCOPE: SAWS is soliciting bids for an Emergency Project for Agua Vista Station Large Diameter Water Line Cleaning. The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide large diameter water line cleaning / obstruction removal at the Agua Vista Station. The Agua Vista Station is a water treatment plant operated by SAWS on the north side of San Antonio. The above-ground 54-inch water line has an obstruction that is impeding plant operations. This obstruction needs to be removed from the pipe as soon as possible so the plant can be returned to normal operations. Mandatory Pre-bid Site Visit: SAWS will host a site visit at the Agua Vista Station for prospective bidders on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The address is 20015 Hardy Oak Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78258. TERM: Contract shall begin upon effective date of award, and work shall be completed within 5 calendar days.
