Delivery shall be started at the time of award and completed by June 24, 2011. Directions to the delivery site are: from Coleharbor, ND go about 3 miles east on McLean County 12N (gravel) and then north for about 3 miles on the Refuge tour route (gravel). Please be advised that the contractor will be required to show and provide evidence of delivery tickets with weights of the deliveries made and an onsite Fish and Wildlife Service representative will stop delivery of rock when the project is complete. Please note that the 1400 ton figure is a NOT TO EXCEED amount and delivery may be stopped at a lessor amount.
