The project consists of a turnkey site improvements project as East Montana Middle School as shown on the construction plans. The work shall include and is not limited to demolition work, grading, landscaping, a support structure for a visual display provided by owner installed by contractor, labor, materials, permits and any other related expenses. A fully functional site improvements and installed visual display board are required at the end of the project. Work should start immediately after the NTP and achieve substantial completion by no later than June 30, 2022. The contractor pricing this work is highly recommended to visit the project site before providing the District with a project cost proposal.
