Notice of intent to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to SimplexGrinnell for upgrade of existing security, access control and CCTV.  SimplexGrinnell installed the original system and they have been responsible for upgrades, changes, repairs, and maintenance actions.  SimplexGrinnell is the only company authorized, trained, and certified to work on SimplexGrinnell proprietary  software.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), proposals or quotations.  No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted.

This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.  Point of contact for this procurement is Maile Kamikawa, email address [email protected].
