This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Harris Corporation, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 for Harris Corporation proprietary controlled cryptographic equipment. 

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submitting quotes by Sept. 20, 2013 9:00am eastern time by e-mail to [email protected].  A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
