The OCC has a requirement to establish a contract for encryption equipment to support a Treasury installed and sponsored Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. The required encryption equipment is the only equipment compatible with the existing Treasury SCIF network and has been approved for compatibility within the SCIF network and meets federal security guidelines. All equipment is within the Treasury equipment support services contract and will be maintained under that contract.
This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within seven days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
