The Air Force Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) is developing strategies for eliminating the expensive task of monitoring the integrity of its Protective Distribution System (PDS) across the AEDC. The Government has an extensive PDS that must be continuously monitored for compromise.  AEDC wishes to encrypt/decrypt numerous independent data streams, based on different standards and protocols so that information can be transmitted between secure areas over unsecured networks. The information may range in classification from unclassified to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This sources sought is to survey industry for Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) real-time encryption/decryption solutions to determine how well the proposed solution meet the requirements provided in the Requirement section of the attached sources sought.
