• Lowest SWaP 100 Mbps type 1 INE (2.8 lbs),
• Full-duplex 100 Mbps,
• Meets MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD 1275D and MIL-STD 704F
• Part Number 1101000 -HAIPE IS v4.1 compliant for TS/SCI and Below, Plus HAIPE F1 which includes: FTR CIK PN 1123320 Key, Training for 2 students, Hardware & Software warranty for 36 months including 24/6 help desk, VINE manager, External power supply PN 1113773, USB control cable PN 1113839
This notice is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) PR-0003569, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with the format as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. This will be a firm fixed price award. It has been determined that ViaSat Inc. is the only known source for the required products/services. The required products/services have been certified by the National Security Agency (NSA) fior use with the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Management Client System and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
