1. RFQ CLOSING – All quotation materials shall be received NO LATER THAN April 16, 2021 by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, except as detailed in FAR 52.212-1(f), Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.

1. RFQ QUESTIONS – The deadline for any written questions pertaining to this RFQ is NO LATER THAN April 15, 2021 by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

1. Award will be made to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be rated first.  If past performance or technical capability are not acceptable, price will not be rated or ranked.
