The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center (CCDC-AC), Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey is seeking sources to support energetic materials and process development activities. The CCDC-AC requires support services that include energetics material synthesis and formulations development, energetics processing and loading, testing and evaluation, modeling and simulation, and prototyping of energetic devices and munitions.

This effort is put forth as a single year project with the option to extend for up to four additional years. It is the Governments intentions to award a Cost Plus Fee or Firm Fixed Price Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract and compete the requirements against a Statement of Objective (SOO). The contractor will be responsible for the provision of all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials for this effort.  Please see attached Performance Work Statement for more information. Vendor Questionnaire:

The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain information from industry to assist in the market research. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interest and capability to satisfy the above requirements by identifying the following items:

If you are a Small Business, provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in this PWS.
