The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for a long-term ground lease opportunity at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), California. The objective of this project is to construct and operate a solar electric generating facility, from which output would be sold into the commercial utility market. The project shall maximize the value of the Enhanced Use Lease assets within the constraints and restrictions identified by the Air Force, while developing a successful, long-term, and mutually beneficial business relationship with the Air Force.
