T he City’s objective is to CONTRACT with a qualified, competent, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Prequalified Consultant in work type Minor Highway Design (Type 3.1) for design services, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the construction of the improvements from US 41 (North & South bound) from Airport Road to Carmalita Street.
