EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES CARMEN-SMITH RECREATION DESIGN Proposals Due 2:00 pm, September 3, 2019 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #19-093-PW The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing design and construction management services, for the rehabilitation of recreation facilities at the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project, located on the McKenzie Ranger District, Willamette National Forest, in Linn County, Oregon. Proposals shall be submitted to Sandra Hahn, Purchasing Analyst, EWEB Purchasing Office, 4200 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, OR 97402, before 2:00 PM PST on September 3, 2019. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date. RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the address above, by calling (541) 685-7500, or you may download the RFP documents from the State of Oregon's bid site ("ORPIN"): https://orpin.oregon. gov. An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM PST, August 15, 2019, at the Carmen-Smith Project Office, 59727 HWY 126, and McKenzie Bridge, OR 97413. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective proposers and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP.
