EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES CARMEN-SMITH RECREATION DESIGN Proposals Due 2:00 pm, September 3, 2019 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #19-093-PW The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing design and construction management services, for the rehabilitation of recreation facilities at the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project, located on the McKenzie Ranger District, Willamette National Forest, in Linn County, Oregon. Proposals shall be submitted to Sandra Hahn, Purchasing Analyst, EWEB Purchasing Office, 4200 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, OR 97402, before 2:00 PM PST on September 3, 2019. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date. RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the address above, by calling (541) 685-7500, or you may download the RFP documents from the State of Oregon's bid site ("ORPIN"): https://orpin.oregon. gov. An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM PST, August 15, 2019, at the Carmen-Smith Project Office, 59727 HWY 126, and McKenzie Bridge, OR 97413. EWEB is not responsible for proposals submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of ninety (90) days from the date and time set for opening.
