This Solicitation Amendment 0009 is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at beta.sam.gov.  It is understood that beta.sam.gov is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet. 

The response date is changed to: must be received no later than 12:00am EST on Friday, 22 January 2021 as noted on page 2 of the Solicitation SF33 as well as via e-mail to Yuleiny Garcia, [email protected]. Proposals shall reference "Solicitation Number N00178-20-R-4400" in subject line.  Proposals received after that time may not be considered for award.

The Level of Effort,ODCs, and DO 0001 requirements of the original posted Solicitation and requirements therein have changed. See SF33 N0017820R4400_Amend_0009 and Attachment J.8 - Revised Delivery Order 0001 Statement of Work.

NOTE: This Solicitation is NOT a request for competitive proposals.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.  However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
