California Area DSFC requires new large format multi-function printers (“plotters”) for five of its District and Field offices – Arcata, Ukiah, Sacramento, Clovis and Escondido. See attached Specifications.

The SINGLE ROLL PLOTTER is prefered as out Engineering Offices are small and have no need for more expensive dual roll devices.

Suggested Model: Model is DesignJet T2600 MFP Postscript 36" single roll plotter, or EQUAL.

Delivery address are included in spcifications.

Removal of old plotters required.

NOTE: The Government is aware that sometimes a manufacturer rebate is available.  For evaluation and rebate offered to Governement will NOT be used in evaluation.  Evaluation will be on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Reason for not considering rebates, is various companies have different rules for rebates,  If you are successful and the government does receive rebate it will be accepted.
