The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source contract to A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) for engineering services to support AN/SSQ-94 by completing Front End Analysis, Naval Training Support and document updates. This award is sole source as AHA completed the initial effort in which a Front End Analysis was conducted which resulted in a Preliminary Navy Training System Plan. They are the only company with the in-depth knowledge required for this effort.
