This request is to acquire professional, technical, and administrative services and support for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) Vehicle Research and Test Center (VRTC). 

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.  A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 and the SBA sized standard is $14M.  This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than March 28, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Any responses received without completing SAMS (www.sam.gov) will be considered noncompliant.  Further, the response should include a capabilities statement plus any special requirements for an Indefinite Delivery/Infinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed Price and Level of Effort contract based on OMB Circular A-21 Principles for determining costs applicable to grants, contracts and other agreements with educational institutions.
