An amendment to solicitation W912EQ-16-T-0009 had been posted. Changes include the following:

1. Section 3.1 PREPARATION OF SURFACE, page 100 of the solicitation/specifications has been revised.

2. CLIN 0001 Excavation of Gravel to 3 (inches) below Grade has been added to page 1 of the bidding schedule.

3. Response to this solicitation has been extended to Tuesday, June 21, 2016 no later than 1:00 PM (CST)


This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W912EQ-16-T-0009 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction) with a size standard of $36.5M.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for asphalt resurfacing at Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109.

The magnitude of this project will be less than $25,000.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation with unit prices required for specifically selected work, extended price, total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, tax identification number, DUNS number, and Cage Code on company letterhead in accordance with the attached specifications.

Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by Tuesday, June 21, 2016 no later than 1:00 PM (CST) at 167 North Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103.
