The summary of w ork for this contract includes new VCT flooring (w ith at least a gold rating for NSF/ANSI 332) for three different buildings at the Ensley Engineering Yard, Buildings 1, 2, and 8.

A. The w ork in Building 1 (approximately 7,500 SF) includes the follow ing steps:
- Remove and replace furniture from an area and store it in an area agreed upon w ith the Gov't POC.
- Prep existing floor for new title.

B. The w ork in Building 2 (approximately 700 SF) includes the follow ing steps:
- Remove and replace furniture from an area and store it in an area agreed upon w ith the Gov't POC.
- Prep existing floor for new title.

C. The w ork in Building 8 (approximately 1,100 SF) includes the follow ing steps:
- Remove and replace furniture from an area and store it in an area agreed upon w ith the Gov't POC.
- Remove carpet squares. Prep existing floor for new title.

D. Site clean up - Onsite dumpsters can be used to dispose of non-hazardous waste.
