NT scopes, trays, monitors, cords, light source, and associated accessories are being requested by the Ann Arbor Department of Veterans Affairs  This will go under EIL: 432 SURGERY SERVICE ENT CLINIC and the trade in value is listed on the quote.  EER: 115809 with SEPG: 219548 
     The current reprocessing room in ENT must be taken offline for construction, this cannot occur until the following scopes are on station by early March of 2021.  This procurement request is regarding the need for new scopes for ENT which will be required to be reprocessed by SPS daily to supply the needs of the ENT clinic, as ENT will no longer have a sterile area or environment to reprocess them in.   
     With this acquisition, ENT will be trading in the following items for credit as they need to be upgraded.  This includes the flexible video rhino-laryngo scope (QTY 12), the CLV-S40PRO 300W VISERA PRO X (QTY 5) and the OTV-S7Pro VISERA Pro VIDEO system center (QTY 5).  The items are listed below per associated EE/SN number.
