The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Medtronic to Provide Service Maintenance to the ENT Fusion Navigation System located at Evans Army community Hospital, (EACH).
The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2021; Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will also be included in the contract to be used if necessary. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 2 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
