This is a request for quote for commercial items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334310.

The primary contractor shall develop a solution to include ordering, shipping, and installation of equipment. The contractor shall ensure that an enterprise backup and virtual storage area network solution that maximizes return on investment and lifecycle management is implemented. The objective of this Enterprise Backup System Virtual SAN is to provide ACC/SG and 633rd MDG enterprise grade backup capability and SAN virtualization to implement efficiencies for file servers, network operations, computer support operations, and data integrity. See attached statement of objectives for full details. Award of this requirement will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the capabilities set forth in the statement of objectives. See attached Tech Points for full list of evaluation criteria. All items shall be new. FOB point is Destination. The period of performance is 60 days after date of award.
