The State of Ohio is seeking a vendor to do benchmark research toward developing an understanding of Ohio’s historical and current entrepreneurship capacity, based on metrics, trends, and leading indicators. This research project will include a comparison of economic, cultural, and education-related indicators, metrics, and trends to benchmark Ohio versus other states. Furthermore, this project will scope out the entrepreneurialism talent and landscape within Ohio as it relates to gene and cell therapy (GCT).
