Single award contract for the manufacturing and printing and distribution of various envelopes requiring such operations as prepress, printing (in 1 to 2 colors), construction, packing, and distribution</Scope>.

Approximately 15 orders per year.

Approximately 500 to 10,000 envelopes per order. An occasional order may exceed 10,000 and up to 35,000 envelopes.

Various envelopes will be ordered as follows:

ITEM A    -     #10 envelope (4-1/8 x 9-1/2")

ITEM B    -    #10 envelope with approx. 4-1/2 x 1-1/8" window

ITEM C    -     #10 Air Mail envelope (4-1/8 x 9-1/2")

ITEM D  -       #10 Air Mail envelope (4-1/8 x                   9-1/2") with approx. 4-1/2 x 1-1/8" window

ITEM E    -      9-1/2 x 12" envelope

ITEM F     -     9-1/2 x 12-1/2" envelope

Multiple items may be ordered occasionally on a single print order.
