NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Allen Vanguard, 103 Tulloch Dr, Ogdenburg, NY 13669. The proposed contract action is for quantity 10 EOD-9 Bomb Suits Desert Tan. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
