Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (hereafter known as "CNS", for additional company information, see website (www.y12.doe.gov)), acting under its PrimeContract No. DE-NA0001942 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from parties capable of converting enriched lithium chloride and enriched lithium hydride to lithium metal, for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

 

This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
