B & W Y-12, LLC (hereafter known as "Y-12", for additional company information, see website www.y12.doe.gov), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) inquiry to determine your interest in, and the estimated cost of the Design and Fabrication and installation of a two story, Modular/Pre-fabricated Building (approximately 10,000 - 15,000 square feet), at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

The request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this request is to identify prospective, qualified firms and obtain rough order of magnitude pricing for the project. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
