The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source, fixed-price contract to the EpiAnywhere, LLC for a web-based, hosted, automated reporting system currently in place to: 1) record sexually transmitted disease (STD) case data in the U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Island (USAPI) jurisdictions (American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and the Republic of the Northern Mariana Islands); 2) forward such data to CDC's Division of STD Prevention; and 3) provide analytical reports on such data in real time. This web-based system also will be of indirect value to CDC through better management of STD control and of STD funding in those jurisdictions. CDC intends to subscribe to such service 12 months from the date of the award.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
