This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only. This Sources Sought Notice is relative to the NAICS code 334510. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is 1250. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities.

Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide Equilibrium Hardware Systems.

The potential requirement will consist of the contractor providing:

Three (3) Equilibrium Hardware systems that consist of 13 sensors each, a charging unit, straps to hold the sensors in place, lumbar patch, and head band for head sensor. One (1) Day of onsite training for setup, instruction, familiarization, certification for operation, user manual, shipping and handling. One (1) year subscription to utilize 500 one-day licenses for the hardware to upload data and run necessary algorithms and return data.

NOTE: Please submit electronic response indicating capability to supply the aforementioned item(s) via line card or published description (no more than 3 pages) as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with contractor's CAGE, DUNS, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice.

This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal.
