The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard (CG) Academy intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures service agreement between the University Of Southern California (USC), nonprofit corporation on behalf of its Rossier School of Education with the intent to have the Center of Urban Education provide research, development, and implementation of Equity Scorecard Program at the Coast Guard Academy in accordance FAR Subpart 12.6. The notice number is HSCG39-16-Q-396PSS306 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. This notice of award is exclusively with USC which retains exclusive ownership right and sole control over all Equity Scorecard Program course material. FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
