The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to enter into an agreement with ESP Labs for up to 24 months for licensing, maintenance, and technical support for their proprietary ESP Water applications. DNR has determined that ESP Labs is the only available vendor that can provide these services. The ESP Water applications are custom built and configured for the DNR. ESP Labs is the only provider of licensing, maintenance, and technical support for this software.
