This is a follow on requirement for additional licenses to add to current licensees held. Brand Name requirement is needed so that like software is purchased to supplement the existing licenses to cover additional developers and users. Mixing different Developers software is not allowable since like environments are required.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to ESRI Inc. as they are the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business 25 Aug 2010.
