The U.S. Army intends to sole source (on existing contract W912CM-10-C-0007)for one PBUSE Operator at the equipment storage site expanded (ESS-X) located in Spinelli Barracks, Mannheim, Germany.  The PBUSE operator duties include reconciling property accountability and the stand-alone SAMS-E database used to manage unit maintenance.

An experienced PBUSE employee is cerified(40 hour block of Instruction), and an individual with an MOS of 92Y with a DD 214, or 1059 as having the experience as a PBUSE or Unit Supply clerk.
