This notice serves as the Presolicitation Notice in accordance with FAR 5.204 The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, and the Business Size is $47.0 Million. The Product Service Code is C1EB. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. ACC AMIC/PKD, 300 Exploration Way; Hampton, Virginia, 23666 intends to issue a full and open solicitation to acquire and execute Small Scale Construction in support of U.S. EUCOM and AFRICOM.

All interested parties are reminded to review the performance work statements (PWSs) prior to the site visit.
