An Unrestricted, Commercial solicitation will be issued for the following: Evaporative Cooler, NSN 4120-01-481-6048, annual estimated quantity of 315 each; Evaporative Cooler, NSN 4120-01-393-3717, annual estimated quantity of 172 each. Small Business Set-Asides do NOT apply. The solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a two-year base and three (3) one-year options. Economic Price Adjustment provisions will be included in the solicitation.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. Deliveries will be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock) and directly to customers.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER February 26, 2014.  Copies of the RFP/Solicitation can be obtained AFTER February 26, 2014 by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.  From the DIBBS homepage, select *******"Search RFQs"****** from the top menu bar.  Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download.  RFQs are in portable document format (PDF).  In order to download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.
