NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:

The 633^rd Contracting Office, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23665,  hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to ADVANCED STERILIZATION PRODUCTS,  Irvine, CA, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Market research has revealed that the preventative maintenance of EVOTECH and STERRAD Sterilization equipment available from Advanced Sterilization Products, are available from no other source. Other vendor products are unable to meet all the requirements currently fulfilled by Advanced Sterilization Products due to its proprietary rights to this equipment. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.  A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.  The point of contact for this acquisition is: A1C Caleb J.
