This solicitation number AG-2B46-S-17-0048 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The United States Department of Agriculture acting through the Natural Resources Conservation Service anticipates this solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Priced Services Purchase Order.

Refer to Schedule B for a detailed listing of tasks associated with this RFQ. Work consists of mobilizing/de-mobilizing, installing a new field fence - 4,805 feet and 3 gates.

Quotes are due no later than 2:30 p.m. EDST on June 23, 2017. Submitting quotes via e-mail at [email protected] is acceptable. Mailing or facsimile quotes are not allowed.

The period of performance will commence after award and shall be completed within 30 days. Acceptance will occur at USDA-NRCS Plant Materials Center, 14119 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 ATTN: Janet Grabowski, Plant Material Center Manager.
