The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) has a requirement for an Executive Recruiter (hereinafter Contractor) who is able to identify and screen candidates for a Senior Executive Service (SES) "Director of Engineering and Technical Services/Chief Information Officer (CIO)" vacancy within the BBG. This vacancy will be filled in accordance with all applicable US Government merit system requirements and equal opportunity laws. A copy of the job/vacancy announcement is attached to this Notice. The Contractor's proposal shall include its technical approach and state how it will interface with agency representatives in order to complete the Solicitation's requirements. Offerors are hereby notified that the basis for award will be best value with technical evaluation factors being more important than price. The Government anticipates a performance period of three (3) months. No telephone or e-mail requests for this Solicitation will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation document referenced herein, and all proposals shall be considered by the Agency.
