The 42 Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is synopsizing a requirement to award a sole source contract to Ex Libris, Group to satisfy the needs of FAIRCHILD Research Information Center during the period 1 Feb 11 through 31 Jan 12.  Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to (The ExLibris Group) for the following services: Annual maintenance plan for Voyager Unlimited OPAC LMS, Citation Server LMS, Interlibrary Loan LMS, Staff Clients and Oracle DBMS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a size standard of $25 million.
