This is a Market Survey seeking interested sources. The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA is seeking sources to provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove and discard the existing North Star Engineered Products Model 755, Explosion Proof Centrifuge, and provide a new North Star Engineered Products Model 755, Explosion Proof Centrifuge (or equal). Configurations, required options, freight and packaging for the North Star Engineered Products Model 755, Explosion Proof Centrifuge (or equal) are attached. Delivery shall be 14-15 weeks after date of order. A one year commercial warranty for new materials/mechanical defects is required. FOB Destination delivery to JBLE-Langley AFB, VA is required. Equipment and options/parts must meet or exceed form, fit, and function requirements in the North Star Model 755 Explosion Proof Centrifuge (see Attachment 1). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 33299, all other miscellaneous fabricated metal products, manufacturing. The associated SIC code is 750 employees.
