The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (3623 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in NEW YORK-RICHMOND, NY. The current lease will be expiring [Lease Expiration Date].

 

The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
