Request for Proposals (RFP) #1018: Communications Consulting The San Francisco Human Services Agency (SF-HSA) announces its intent to seek proposals from experienced communications consulting companies interested in providing Communications Consulting services for the San Francisco Children and Families First Commission, dba First 5 San Francisco (F5SF) and the San Francisco Office of Early Care & Education (OECE) who are scheduled to unite to form the Department of Early Childhood (DEC) effective July 1, 2022. The source of funding for these services will be local funds. The total estimated annual funding for this RFP is approximately $400,000 per year, which may increase or decrease depending on funding availability, scope of work, and need. The City shall award a contract to the Proposer that meets the Minimum Qualifications of this Solicitation whose Proposal receives the highest-ranking score. This Solicitation shall be non-exclusive with an original term of 2 years.
