The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to Dell Manufacturing L.P. for extended warranties on 167 Dell Latitude D610 Notebooks in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-5(a)(2)(i)

This is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE.
