The NGA is in need of the development of features and enhancements to the SEDRIS Spatial Reference Model (SRM) standard (ISO/IEC 18026). In particular this effort is to provide added concepts and capabilities that more fully support specification, transformation, conversion, and computation of position, orientation, and distance information between diverse reference frames associated with Earth and celestial bodies, as well as associated man-made objects, such as satellites.  See attached RFI and draft Statement of Work for additional details.
